From the first day I met yourself and Matthew your service was impeccable. You were very friendly, knowledgeable and already gained my trust from the first meeting due to the fact that you were very open and you listened attentively to the things I had to say. When you and Matthew evaluated the property, you were clear in setting expectations and clear on the approach you wanted to take based on the type of property and what I expected of the process. You advised me of the different options that I had related to the property from the possibility of renting the property out to selling the property. You also helped me understand the process that we were going to follow aswell as what the expected time frame would be to sell the property. You secured a few viewings for people who were interested and kept advising me based on what their interest level was. I gave a clear mandate on what I was expecting from a price perspective and you made sure you did not let anyone view who was not in that price range. Once the initial offer from the buyer had come in you continued to check up on me and advise of the next steps that would follow. I found that very reassuring because you always followed up with me and made sure you kept me updated in the process. With regards to the final transactions even though the registration took a while you continued to follow up and check up on me regularly letting me know where we were and general check ins were done which I greatly appreciated. The after sale process once registration took place was fantastic- you were present for the hand over and remained the middlewoman between myself and the seller. Hi Jackrussellestates. My story is quite a long one but, I'll make it short.
