Making the environment a better place to live in is one of the most important things we aim to achieve. This is an ongoing process and we have therefore made this one of our responsibilities in our journey to success. We therefore voluntarily participate in non-profit initiatives, such as the ones mentioned below:
We work hand in hand with the Police department often supporting and sponsoring their various drives and sporting ventures. We believe in the value of developing a good and mutually beneficial relationship with the police officers, many of whom put their lives on the line daily in service to us.
The SPCA is an organisation that works against the abuse of animals; they raise funds through a charity shop where they sell a variety of second-hand goods including clothes, household goods, toys, books, etc. We 'Jack Russell', as an estate agency, get involved in the whole moving in and out process of our clients after the residential sale has been concluded. This enables us to know when the buyer or seller has unwanted goods such as clothes, magazines, toys, etc. to give to charity.
We then arrange with local charity organisations for collection. Your 'junk' could save an animal in need! We also go out of our way to re-home pets if their owner cannot take them with and as a result have adopted a number of cats and dogs amongst us, as you'll see if you visit our offices.
Hope House is a halfway house for people recovering from drug or alcohol abuse which we sponsor and support in any way we can.
